Frequently Asked Questions Please refer to our FAQ page. Order and Payment Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our catalogues and click on any items that you wish to buy, select the size and colour, and add them to the shopping cart. Please note that the items displayed on the site are products from the both the UK, the US and Europe.
If you are unsure of size needed, please refer to the Size Chart for that manufacturer. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart, or wish to change the quantity ordered, just alter the figures in the cart "0" deleats the item then you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you from Pay Pal our secure payment service provider, confirming the details of your order
We accept credit card payments through Pay Pal. All major credit and debit cards can be processed, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch, and Solo.
Should you wish to cancel an order once it has been confirmed, please send us an e-mail informing us of the order details (including the order number), and we will provide you with a refund.
If the order has already been dispatched however, we will inform you by return of e-mail, however please read our returns policy prior to ordering.
Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by the Terms and Conditions Postage and Packaging All items will be dispatched by either first class Royal Mail post or by recorded delivery courier,
We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of a completed order, however if an item is out of stock, or if the item is in grate demand causing shortages you might have to wait a little longer.
In order to avoid disappointment please allow approximately 28 days for delivery. We will advise you when confirming your order on an expected delivery time.
As a general rule we only ship to the UK, however if you require delivery to outside the UK we will be happy to accommodate you, however there will be additional delivery costs, please e-mail us with your details, and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns Policy Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns in the event of a fault. Damaged parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. We are happy to assist with sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering.
Faulty or damaged goods will be credited or replaced without question, if you feel that an item recieved is faulty please contact us within 7 days of recipt, giving as much information as possible including order number and we will be happy to assist you.
